RETURN POLICY
RETAIL PURCHASES All merchandise found to be defective in workmanship or material, the item may be returned for a full refund or replaced within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
TRADE AND/OR WHOLESALE PURCHASES All merchandise found to be defective in workmanship or material, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be requested within 7 DAYS from the date of the invoice. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If the item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT will be issued. There will be no exchange or credit on merchandise that is not defective.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.
Cancellation of orders after 24 hours from the time of submitting the order or failure to accept delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee. |
